Lincoln Park

I was in Lincoln Park near Lawrence ave on Sun.

This is very small cultural place.

I guess restaurant, coffee shop, book stores, movie theaters are good business to have.

But, I believe tax office, dentist and etc are mistake.

Rent here is relatively high since it attracts people culturally.

They can have those dental offices somewhere else for cheaper rent.

We apologize that we were closed out on Memorial day. But, it's been a while to take rest two days in row.

During this holiday, I had some time to take a look around other businesses. The most common problems I found are,

1. Over rent (Rent too much space unnecessarily)
2. Over staffed
3. Terrible locations (Not stop over, but passing by locations)

I've seen big restaurants with many empty seats. Those would be burden to ower since the person need to pay rent regardless.

Memorial Day

We haven't decided yet, but I think we may be closed on Memorial day.

Since CybKnight makes online sales a lot, our holiday schedules are heavily depending on USPS Schedules.

We will let you know!

Google and Yahoo

I am not sure it's true only for us, but when I typed "Cyb" and "space" in Google and Yahoo, I can see our result in search assistant.

The more I write, the more result we will have. We are in hidden location, so we need to advertise.

I hope this blog will be helpful since some of you guys may own businesses later.

Advertise Everyday

I used to think we shouldn't advertise at all and depend on reputation only.

That's true if we pay the advertisement.

If it's free advertisement like blogs, we should do it everyday.

Now I can see much more diverse results when I type "CybKnight" or "Games Schaumburg" in google. More results will be there as we write.

It's important since more people check Internet everyday.
